All bookings are subject to the following terms & conditions.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.
Please note: The time indicated for your service is the estimated time allocated for each appointment, times can vary depending on the amount of natural lashes you may have.
Please be prepared for your lash appointment to take up to 3 hours.
Your appointment may not require the maximum duration to complete your service.
Bookings & Cancellation
Policy
We want you to absolutely love your lashes, and your experience at Xtendalash. Customer service is the most important thing to us!
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else.
Anything less means that clients on the cancellation list will miss out.
We ask that all clients respect and agree to our policy before engaging in service from us.
Should you change, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, your booking fee is forfeit.
Deposit paid during booking will be deducted from the final amount
Before Your Appointment

Please arrive with NO eye makeup. Arriving to your appointment with strip lash glue residue or mascara and eyeliner, otherwise it will incur a charge of $10 to remove.

Please do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment

Coming in with dirty lashes will result in time deducted from your booking (ie. LESS LASHES APPLIED!)

Please remove your contacts prior treatment. This will minimise potential infections or irritation to the eyes.

We will try to accommodate you however we cannot guarantee to perform the full treatment, and standard fees will still apply.

If you arrive late, unfortunately, your appointment will not be extended.

Due to the nature of our work & hazardous equipment used, it is not appropriate for children or friends/family to accompany you at your appointment.
After Hour appointments
Our business hours are:
Monday - Friday
3.00pm-7:30pm
We do also have appointments available outside of these hours.
Saturday 7am - 1:00pm
Please bare in mind if you request or book an appointment which extends beyond the normal business hours a $15 charge will incur.
This will be charged at your appointment.
